If as a client, solicitor or Insurer you contact us, we only pass information on to an approved medical person. Your details will be treated in the strictest confidence by the person who deals with you.

LMA will examine your medical history and may pass this on to medical experts and your instructing lawers.

If you contact us regarding anything other than a personal injury claim, we will treat your details with the strictest confidence and will not pass your information on to any third party, unless you wish us to do so.

Lesley Wells will contact you within five days of receipt of your complaint and within four weeks we will either send you a final response or let you know why we need further time to deal with your complaint. By the end of eight weeks, we will either send you our final response to your complaint or let you know when we expect to be able to give you a final response
